Ultimate Texas Hold’em – Shuffle Master

In Ultimate Texas Hold’em, players play against the dealer.

Players place equal bets on the ante and blind. The player and the dealer receive two cards each. They combine them with the five community cards to get their best five-card poker hand. The player’s goal is to make a better five-card poker hand from the dealer. Ultimate Texas Hold’em allows players to bet aggressively. The earlier a player confirms his hand, the more he risks and wins.

How to play Ultimate Texas Hold’em?

The game uses a deck of 52 cards, which is shuffled at the end of each hand.
To start the game, the player must make the same ante and blind bets.
The player and the dealer receive two starting cards each. The dealer’s cards are dealt face down.

The player has a choice:

  • Match or
  • Make a bet to play 3x to 4x on your ante bet. All five community cards are then dealt and the player’s best five-card poker hand is judged against the dealer’s best five-card poker hand.

If the player passes, three community cards are dealt and the player has another choice:

  • Match or
  • Make a 2x bet on your ante bet. The other two community cards are then dealt and the player’s best five-card poker hand is judged against the dealer’s best five-card poker hand.

If the player passes, the other two community cards are dealt and the player has the last choice:

  • Cancel (give up your ante and blind), in which case the hand ends or
  • Make a bet on a 1x game on your ante bet. The dealer’s cards are then displayed and the player’s best five-card poker hand is judged against the dealer’s best five-card poker hand.
If the dealer has less than a pair, the ante bet is returned to the player. Otherwise, the ante bet is played (ie it can be won or lost depending on whose hand is stronger).
If the dealer has a better hand, the player loses the game bet and the ante and blind bets.

Exception: The ante is returned to the player if the dealer has less than a pair.
If the player has a better hand, he wins and is paid as follows:

Ante: 1: 1
Game: 1: 1
Blind: According to the blind payout table published in the game

Exception: The ante is returned to the player if the dealer has less than a pair.
Note: The blind is returned to the player if the dealer has less than a straight.
If the player’s and the dealer’s hands are equal, bets on play, ante and blind are returned to the player.
The Trips extra bet is based only on the player’s last five-card poker hand and is paid out even if the player folds. Players are paid according to the Trips payout table published in the game.
